We have a fairly small crop this year so we're going for it.  For the first time, we are going to release a limited edition Olio Nuovo.   If you have never tried it---you must.  We will probably only have 100 bottles to sell so pre-order now!

What is Olio Nuovo (New Oil in Italian)....it is the freshest olive oil you can buy, and it is rarely found because of the short selling season.  The intense and unforgettable taste (fresh cut grass, green almond, tomato and citrus notes) can not be matched.  It is unfiltered, not racked, enchantedly opaque and as pure as you can get. 

 Bread+Olio Nuovo=Heavenly.

We're waiting for the olives to ripen.  We will probably pick in mid-November and we'll turn around and ship the orders that are pre-sold so you or your giftee will get them before the holidays.
